Provided by Lisa Tipton, Brownwood District Public Information Officer, TxDOT Beginning Thursday, September 15, the Texas Department of Transportation’s (TxDOT) contractor will perform the final sections of the annual seal coat maintenance operations in Lampasas and San Saba Counties, weather and other unforeseen delays permitting.
Limits of the work include the following roadways: FM 2942 in Lampasas County: From US 183 to the end of state maintenance FM 2732 in San Saba County: From US 190 South to the end of state maintenance Motorists are asked to slow their speed when driving near the work convoy, obey road signs and avoid distractions. If possible, please plan an alternate route to avoid possible delays.
