Receipts totaled 980 head with no sale being held at Mason due to the Labor Day Holiday. The market continued upward with stocker steers $5 higher and stocker heifers $5-$10 higher. Feeder steers were $3 higher with 4 steers 700 lbs at $188.00 ($1316.00), and feeder heifers were $5 higher with 25 heifers 606 lbs at $168.00 ($1018.08). Packer bulls were steady, and cows were steady to $2 lower. Pairs and bred cows were in good demand on a steady market.
