In June of 2006, my husband Larry and I moved to San Saba, Texas, to be closer to Mexico when he organized workers, funds and trips to build churches and Bible training schools. Larry was the Director of the Escuela of Evangelismo Entrenamento De Fe in San Fernando, Mexico, when Pastor Gabriel Araujo and his wife Arriana graduated in 2010. Gabriel is the mighty man of God Larry was looking for and considered him his spiritual son. The Father's House and members have been supportive of mission work in San Fernando and building the Templo Sion church pastored by Gabriel. In fact, a group from The Fathers House will be going to San Fernando this week.
My thoughts and prayers are with Joe Ragsdale and George Herrington in San Saba because they have been in the hospital. Joe, George and their wives have given prayer, work and financial support for mission work in Mexico. I treasure their friendship.
On August 4, 2021, I wrote in my journal 'Difficult time this morning thinking of Larry's birthday today. Got a package from Marsha with delicious cookies and a call from Janet with offer on house, so these were great gifts for Larry's birthday and answered prayer'.
In the world ye shall have tribulation; but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world..... Words by Jesus, John 16:33 King James version.
