Alice in Wonder Land

What a glorious service at Northgate Church Dresden yesterday, Sunday April 3rd! There was Music and Ministry. The sermon was prophetic words from The Holy Spirit by members of the congregation. Glory Hallelujah!

Last week, I started the task of sorting hundreds, no thousands, of photos by categories of Larry's family (Smith); Alice's family (Stratman); Larry & Alice's family; Residences: #1 – Dresden, Ohio; #2 – Memphis, Tennessee; #3 & #4 – Millersburg, Ohio; #5 – Gratiot, Ohio; #6 & #7 – San Saba, Texas; and #8 – Zanesville, Ohio. Abundant Life Ministries Churches: #1 – Gratiot (home church); #2 – Hopewell School; #3 – Glenford, Ohio; #4 – Asbury Chapel; and #5 – San Saba, Texas. Oh, what memories are produced as I hold them to my heart and thank God! In 1987, Steve wrote a two and a half page letter to Larry: “Thank you for welcoming me into your home today for church. I have never felt more welcome in any church.......even though I am wrong so many times, you have never criticized me or condemned me. You have always talked to me when I needed it, and you always try to understand me when I don't understand myself. That's what a real friend is. I have since I came back from Nam never been able to trust anyone....”

I signed up for praying at the Northgate Church Dresden at 10:00 tomorrow and then go to lunch with my 1959 classmates. Bible Study at the condos is at 2:00 that day. I love the first Tuesday of every month!

Zeta is coming Wednesday for lunch with a broccoli casserole, and I will provide applesauce, tomatoes, and dessert. Zeta's family were members at Asbury Chapel. We plan to transfer my plants into larger pots and go visit Clara Kish to give her some photos.

Romans 12:9-13 NKJV....Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good. Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another; not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer; distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality.
