Pictured above: Following in the High School Lady Coyotes' shadows, the Junior High Lady Coyotes were named District Champions after going undefeated throughout district and winning the District 17-1A Junior High District Tournament on Saturday, February 12th, in Lometa. In the first round of tournament play, the Lady Coyotes defeated Brookesmith 27-15 to advance to the championship game. The Lady Coyotes claimed the District Championship after a big 32-12 win against Rochelle's Lady Hornets.
