It has been said that education is simply the soul of a society, as it is passed from one generation to the next. To pass something of such value, strongholds are necessary in order to ensure the longevity of such knowledge, which is why dedicated individuals volunteer their time to serve their local schools. The month of January is recognized as School Board Appreciation month, and these selfless individuals have committed themselves to the preservation of education at Richland Springs ISD and within the community in which they proudly call their home.
