The San Saba Commissioners’ Court met for a regular meeting on Wednesday, July 14th, in the Commissioners’ Courtroom. Judge Byron Theodosis called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. Commissioner Kenley Kroll gave the invocation and led everyone in the pledges to the American flag and the Texas flag.

5. Discuss and Take Possible Action on Subdivision Regulations for San Saba County:
Meeting attendants who were connected or interested in Subdivision Regulations for San Saba County were introduced. Randy Robinson presented the 2007 Subdivision Regulations and recommended an update due to the growth in our county. He also recommended addressing the following:
* Define Subdivision – size of lots, etc.
*Proof of water – reasonable proof request
* Right-of-ways
* To provide services, such as electrical, fiber optics, sewage – taking in the geographical areas
Decision: The Court unanimously approved to form a Review Committee concerning updating the Subdivision Regulations for San Saba County. Volunteers to head up the Review Committee are as follows: Larry Hanrahan, Chairman; Randy Robinson, Martha Leigh Witten, Sam Murray, Roger Whatley, and James Lebow.
6. Approve HCCAA Resolution to Receive Funds for HCCAA for Home Delivered Meal Grant Application F/Y 2022:
Decision: The Court unanimously approved the HCCAA Resolution to Receive Funds for HCCAA for Home Delivered Meal Grant Application F/Y 2022.
7. Discuss and Take Possible Action on Notice of Changes in the Annual Salaries of County Elective Officials F/Y 2021-2022:
Decision: The Court approved a correction to be made to the County Clerk/District Clerk’s FY 21-22 salary due to a typographical error. The correct salary amount should read as: $43,693.43. The amount will be corrected and resubmitted to San Saba News & Star for publishing.
8. Discuss and Take Possible Action to Approve Proposed Budget F/Y 2021-2022:
Decision: Suggestions and recommendations were discussed regarding each department’s budget. The final budget will be presented and considered for approval at next Court meeting.
