Performance Talent is honored to host a benefit for Susie Garza who is battling cancer. The benefit will be held at Pepperbelly’s Mexican Restaurant in beautiful downtown San Saba on Saturday, July 17, 2021, from 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
Susie has been married to Lewis for 49 years, and they have been blessed with three children: Ernest Garza, Amy Garza, and Monica Foster, as well as eight grandchildren. She is a precious and unselfish wife, mother, and grandmother.
Susie has dedicated 41 years of her life to San Saba ISD. First, she began as a teacher’s aide, assisted with ESL, helped Lewis with the concessions at the athletic events, and had many more responsibilities during the years. Her last assignment was an administrative assistant.
Susie’s church home, St. Mary’s Catholic Church, has always been an important part of Susie’s life. She has served in many capacities.
The following are ways you can help the Garza family through this difficult time:
1. Come to Pepperbelly’s Mexican Restaurant and show your support while having a delicious meal and enjoying the live music.
2. Make a monetary donation or donate a gift card for groceries, meals, gas, etc.
3. Donate or purchase a baked item such a cake, pie, cookies, brownies, bread, etc. These items will be sold during the event.
4. Donate an item to be raffled off during the evening.
5. Most importantly, add the Garza family to your prayer list.
Susie and Lewis have sacrificed so much for their family, friends, and community. They have touched many lives. Now, it is time for us to give back.
