The Eighth Annual Darrell McCall and Friends Golf Tournament will be held at the Brady Municipal Golf Course on Friday, March 26. The tournament begins at 9:00 a.m. at 200 Brady Country Club Road. The event benefits the Heart of Texas Country Music Museum.
The golf tournament will consist of a four man handicapped team with a Florida scramble. The cost is $100 per person.
Several entertainers from the Heart of Texas Country Music Festival will participate.

Jake Hooker and the Outsiders and Bobby Flores and the Yellow Rose Band will be performing on Thursday evening before the tournament at the Brady Civic Center. A dance will also be held the evening of the tournament featuring Tony Booth and T.G. Sheppard. Tickets for those shows are available at <www.heartoftexascountry.com>.
The Brady Municipal Golf Course is a nine hole facility that features 2,841 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 36. The course rating is 69.1 and it has a slope rating of 117.
“We are going to have a great day and a lot of fun,” Roger Rowinsky said. “Don’t worry if you are not a professional golfer, we just want to get together and enjoy ourselves.”
