New Online Tool Lets Farmers Check Eligibility, Start Application Process
The USDA Farm Service Agency reminds producers impacted by 2018 and 2019 natural disasters that Friday, October 30th is the deadline to submit an application for the Whip+ disaster assistance program.
Whip+ compensates producers for losses due to hurricanes, floods, snowstorms, tornadoes, typhoons, volcanic activity, drought, excessive moisture, and wildfires.
Not sure if you’re eligible for the program? FSA has launched a new online tool to help determine your eligibility and connect you with local FSA staff who will help you complete and submit your application.
If you suffered eligible natural disaster losses in 2018 or 2019, don’t miss this opportunity to submit an application for assistance.
