Reverend Javier Toscano receives U. S. Citizenship on January 25th

On January 25, 2018, Father Javier A. Toscano, flanked by several of his parishioners journeyed to San Antonio to take the final step in becoming a U. S. Citizen. He received a certificate that reads:

Be it known that pursuant to an application filed with the Secretary of Homeland Security at San Antonio Texas, the Secretary having found that Javier Alonso Toscano Lopez residing in San Saba, Texas having complied in all respects with all of the applicable provisions of the naturalization laws of the United States, being entitled to be admitted as a citizen of the United States, and having taken the oath of allegiance at a ceremony conducted by US FEDERAL COURT WESTERN DISTRICT in SAN ANTONIO TEXAS, such a person is admitted as a citizen of the United States of America.
