Focus For November: Teamwork
This month we are working together towards a common goal and shared purpose. For good teamwork to take place, it is important that we learn to listen, encourage our peers, and allow others to contribute their talents and skills.
Why focus on Teamwork?
Teamwork improves communication and builds strong relationships creating an environment that celebrates unity and collective success.
How to grow and develop teamwork:
• Model gratefulness - Gratitude is a powerful tool in building a supportive team environment.
• Acknowledge positive moments - Celebrate the small victories and positive moments that occur throughout the month.
• Affirm each other - Words of affirmation and encouragement can significantly boost moral and teamwork spirit.
San Saba ISD will continue growing in character through teamwork in all we do.
