The San Saba Elementary Students worked hard in the month of October to collect money for the San Saba County Never Surrender Cancer Foundation! To celebrate the hard work of our students, representatives from the NSCF, Donna Shahan and Dora Miller, led our students in a Beat Cancer Cheer and rewarded the students with an upcoming popsicle party! The kids absolutely loved it! Thank you, Ms. Donna and Ms. Dora!! We love you both!!
The students in grades PK-4 were able to exceed their goal and raise $2002 for the cancer patients who need some assistance in San Saba County! The students participated in a grade level contest to see which grade level could collect the most money for the cause. The 1st Grade students and teachers collected the most out of all grade levels raising over $400. Congratulations to the 1st Grade classes and to all of San Saba Elementary for doing such a great job helping others!
