Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Marble Falls celebrates 10 years of excellence, innovation, and compassionate care

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Marble Falls proudly marks a decade of dedicated service to the Hill Country community. Since opening its doors in 2015, the hospital has remained steadfast in its mission to deliver high-quality, compassionate healthcare — a vision that has grown into a thriving reality.

Over the past 10 years, the medical center has cared for more than one million individuals, each visit representing a personal story of healing and compassionate care. This milestone reflects the hospital’s commitment to clinical excellence and its deep connection to the community.

Significant growth and innovation have defined the past decade, including:

• A nearly 70% increase in healthcare providers in Marble Falls, enhancing personalized and accessible care.

• Facility expansions such as a larger emergency department, a new third floor for the specialty clinic, an additional mammography unit, and surgical suites equipped for robotic-assisted procedures.

• Expanded telemedicine services in psychiatry and neurology, offering timely, quality care remotely.

• Comprehensive services supporting every life stage — from high-level obstetric care to nephrology clinics and inpatient services.

Every enhancement has been guided by a singular purpose: helping individuals live well on their own terms.

Among the hospital’s most notable achievements is its fivestar rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for five consecutive years — placing it in the top 3% of hospitals nationwide for safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.

Baylor Scott & White – Marble Falls also holds the prestigious Pathway to Excellence designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center, recognizing its commitment to a collaborative and empowering nursing environment.

The hospital’s award-winning MyBSWHealth digital platform continues to empower patients with tools for managing appointments, messaging providers, accessing lab results, and completing virtual visits — offering clarity and control, especially for older adults and caregivers.

As the Marble Falls community grows, so does the hospital. As part of Texas’s largest notfor- profit health system, Baylor Scott & White continues to invest in the region through new facilities, advanced technologies, research, education, and workforce development.

“Our 10-year anniversary is more than a milestone — it’s a time to honor our decade of service and look toward the future,” said Tim Ols, President of the Hill Country Region – Baylor Scott & White Health. “We’re grateful for the lives we’ve impacted, the innovations we’ve embraced, and the trust we’ve earned. The last ten years have been remarkable — and together, our journey is just beginning.
