Rick’s One Stop (located on Hwy 15 just south of the flooded overpass pictured above left) received evacuation orders on Sunday morning, July 13th. In case the water came into the store like it did not July 4th, they were prepared! They moved everything off the floor to higher ground. Thankfully, the water did not get as high the second time, and the store did not flood again.
