January 13, 2025

• A person called regarding a medical emergency on Hwy 190 E. in San Saba She stated that her brother has severe chest pain and suffers from PTSD. She advised if they would approach slow and with caution.

• A person called with a medical emergency on Old San Saba Highway in Richland Springs stating she thinks she is having a heart attack. She advised that the carport door is open.

• A person called stating that there were possibly TDCJ inmates walking on Hwy 190 with a truck behind it.

January 14, 2025

• Dispatch received an emergency page for an unknown emergency from the Richland Springs ISD 4th grade classroom over the radio.

• Dispatch received an automated phone system call reporting a motor vehicle accident on CR 249 in Richland Springs. Unable to make contact with them.

• A person called to report a traffic hazard on 16 N. near the Colorado Bridge where it goes down to one lane.

January 15, 2025

• A person called from FM 500 in Richland Springs stating their car exploded and was on fire. No injuries.

• A person called from FM 180 in San Saba stating that his wife will not give him his car back and is requesting a deputy to come out.

January 16, 2025

• A person called stating that there were about 8 cows out at the intersection of Sloan Road and CR 306 in San Saba. The caller advised they all appear to have red/orange tags in their right ear. They stated that they are all over the road, not favoring to one side and one was even standing in the middle of the road.

• A person called stating he is in Algerita and there is a lot of smoke going over the road on CR 340 in San Saba. SSFD advised there is a controlled burn.

January 17, 2025

• A person called stating there was a power line down and sparking and that there was a small fire in the area of it. Caller advised that they were just west of Jordan's in San Saba.

• Officer observed the American Flag flying upside down on the flag pole on West Wallace St. in San Saba. Officer made contact with individual who stated she was unaware. Individual was able to locate and identify the suspect responsible on video recording. She advised that they did not wish to pursue charges.

January 18, 2025

Caller stated that there was a vehicle that keeps traveling in the oncoming lane. Advised they were crossing the San Saba River bridge headed toward San Saba from Richland. Caller was unsure what type of vehicle it was, advised that it looked like a Dodge Charger. Advised that the vehicle was in front of the semi truck that they were behind. Caller advised that she was in a black Toyota Camry. Caller provided location information throughout the call. An officer was notified, located and stopped the vehicle near Chase Pecan on Hwy 190 W. Other officers arrived and assisted.

January 19, 2025

• A person called stating that a 74-year-old male was not responsive but breathing on South Hall Street in Richland Springs.
