Science Mill Winter Break activities continue through January 5

    Building a DaVinci bridge is one of the STEM activities offered during the Science Mill’s “Fast & Curious” themed Winter Break Dec 21–Jan 5.

    The Science Mill’s winter break STEM activities continue through January 5, with fun and challenging activities for families.

     

    Activities include 

    -Using engineering skills to build a Da Vinci Bridge using only popsicle sticks. 

    -Stacking cups using simple materials, all within a one-minute time limit.

    -Creating "Fast & Curious" cars using only cardboard.

    -Exploring the signs of a chemical reaction in the Elephant Toothpaste experiment.

    -Competing to see how many breaths it takes to fill a wind bag and whether they can outsmart the knowledgeable Science Mill staff.
