National Wreaths Across America Day - 
Saturday, December 14, 2024, 10:00 a.m. at Cherokee Cemetery.
Wreaths will be placed on the headstones of American heroes by Cherokee ISD. The community is invited to attend the ceremony.
Lighted Christmas Parade - 
December 14th, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Join us this Saturday for our annual Lighted Christmas Parade.
Free Holiday Community Meal -
December 17th, 6-8 p.m. at Second & Wallace Church of Christ Fellowship Hall located at 201 W. Wallace in San Saba. All are welcome. Come and enjoy a hot meal or take one to go. Contact the church office by December 13th at 325-372-5584 or 325-372-7588 if you are unable to pick up your meal and need it delivered.

San Saba County food distribution to people on December 19th, at San Saba’s Civic Center from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. The normal schedule of the 4th Wednesday of the month will resume in January. Please call the Hotline at 800-786-2616 to check if inclement weather or holidays will affect the normal schedule.
Dancing Lights at Mill Pond Park -
Come and enjoy the festive Christmas lights and music at Mill Pond Park that was so beautifully decorated by our City crews. You can see the display until early January 2025.
