Thank you for helping to make a child's holiday gift wishes come true.
Most children dream of receiving special gifts during the holidays. But for children in protective care, life is so uncertain and full of change they can’t be sure of what the season will bring. However, each child with a Highland Lakes CASA volunteer can be certain that their holiday dreams will come true because of the Angel Tree program.
We invite you to join our CASA Angel Tree Toy Drive by purchasing gifts or donating gift cards to help fulfill children's holiday wishes. In 2023, contributors provided gifts for more than 200 angel tree requests, and we anticipate needing just as many for this coming season. Participants may also choose to donate gift cards, or funds online. Highland Lakes CASA supervisors and volunteer advocates will use the donations to purchase gifts for children or provide gift cards to the youth or their caregivers who will purchase gifts for them.

To participate:
- Host an Angel Tree, please request Angel Tree Cards from angeltree@highlandlakescasa.com by October 21st.
- Collect gift cards which will be used to purchase gifts for children and teens or allow the youth or caregiver to shop. We allocate a $50 minimum per child or teen. Please consider donating $25 or $50 gift cards from Walmart, Target, or Amazon. Please deliver the gift cards to CASA for the Highland Lakes on weekdays, between November 18 and December 9, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- Make an online donation of any amount designated for the “Angel Tree Toy Drive” through December 8. Donations made by check can be mailed or delivered to CASA for the Highland Lakes Area, 1719 Ridgeview, Kingsland, TX 78639.
- Host a Toy Drive, please send your request to angeltree@highlandlakescasa.com, and we'll schedule delivery of your toy box.
- Adopt-a-family, please submit your request to angeltree@highlandlakescasa.com by November 15th.
