This week, our junior high football team will take the field in Lometa Thursday night at 5 p.m. Our JV team picked up a game in Lometa as well, to be played at 7:15 p.m. On Friday, the varsity team will play at Round Rock Christian at 7:00 p.m. Good luck, Indians!
In other news, it is time to mark your calendars for PTC’s annual Fall Festival! It will be on October 26th at 4:30 p.m. and will conclude with trick-or-treating in town. We also want to invite community members to set up for a trunk or treat at the school. We will rope off an area for you, and if we have enough interest, we could give out prizes for best decorated trunk! If you are interested, please contact Kari Owen at kowen@cherokeeisd.net and/ or come to our next PTC meeting on September 16th at 4:30 p.m. in the cafeteria.
Have a great week!
