Rylie Eckert was selected as part of the TGCA (Texas Girls Coaches Association) Cross Country All Star Team this summer. She was one of a few Juniors chosen to participate across the state. The honorees demonstrate a number of drills that they are taught while attending the All Star games and are recognized at halftime of the All Star basketball game.

The Richland Springs Cross Country teams attended the Brownwood Cross Country meet on August 28th. This was the Coyotes' first meet of the year.
Raegan Eckert and Kinzley Daly ran in the JV division. Raegan Eckert ran a time of 15:20 placing 11th overall, and Kinzley Daly ran an 18:55 improving her meet time from last year.
