2024 Membership Drive: Monday, February 19, 2024, 2:00 p.m. at Rylander Memorial Library
The Directors of the Friends of Rylander Memorial Library are proud to announce the speaker for this year's Membership Drive, Mike Millican.
Mike is a native of San Saba. He writes mostly of things and times and of growing up in this area. His book is called Down the Road and Around the Bend, and he also writes a daily poem that he sends to his kids each morning.
Being raised on a ranch in San Saba County is the inspiration for Mike’s writing.
Come and hear Mike’s tales about the past!
The Annual Membership Drive is an opportunity for you to renew your membership or join for the first time. Being a “Friend” is a small way to support your local library.
Editor's Note:
We also have the privilege to have the "Little Free Library" at Mill Pond Park. As you can see in the photo, it is located right by the new Splash Pad by the playground. As it says on the sign of the "Little Free Library," Take, Read, and Share!
