On Thursday, November 9th, San Saba Elementary 3rd graders hosted the SSISD Veterans Day Program. These students sang five songs, provided historical information, honored each branch of our military, and shared written work on what Veterans Day means to them. It was a beautiful evening that meant a lot to the veterans and families in attendance. Our 3rd grade students did a fantastic job showcasing their musical talents and honoring the military service men and women. Our student speakers included Mauro Jimenez, Azlen Martinez, Daniella Salinas, Sophia Ramirez, Raylan Wells, Landon Baskin, Corbin Ward, Emarie Gomez, Clara Murray, and Ryder Ringo. Thank you veterans, thank you 3rd graders, and thank you families for a wonderful event!
