Last Thursday between 11:00 a.m. and noon, there was a one-car accident resulting in a rollover at the corner of Highway 190 and FM 2997, just west of Richland Springs. The vehicle was travelling from San Angelo to a medical appointment in Temple.
Careflight was called for one of the three people in the vehicle. FM 2997 was shut down for a short time so the helicopter could land. The other two were transported via Hamilton EMS to Brownwood.
