Howard Payne University recently recognized 49 students for their academic achievements in the 2022-2023 school year. Award recipients represent majors, minors and other programs from the university’s seven schools. Of those recognized, Stephanie Russell of San Saba was recognized for Outstanding Nontraditional Student.
