Sings My Soule
The lives of Talor and Lance Helberg are best described as “changing” these days. The store they started in their kitchen back in 2016, Sings My Soule Boutique, has enjoyed the corner spot across from the San Saba County Courthouse, right next door to The Daily Mix. They have made the move down the block and are now at the corner of Wallace St. (US Hwy 190) and High Street (Hwy 16). And that’s not all that changing – They are now expecting their first child! Congratulations, Talor and Lance!

Kevin Shahan, CPA has an update for you. New construction on the building at 1102 W. Wallace Street is moving right along this week! The outline of the facility is starting to take shape. “What will be included?” has become the question of the day followed by “When will it be finished?”. Stay tuned to SS News for future updates.
RR Fuel
RR Fuel (owners Britton & Kynda Edmonson both of San Saba, Texas) has exciting news. They have upgraded their fuel pumps, and customers are now able to purchase fuel 24/7 with the new system!. Construction on the upgrades started in July of 2023, and the new system went live mid-January 2024. RR Fuel is located at 604 N. 8th San Saba, TX 76877.
Splash pad
The long-awaited Splash Pad is now under way! The concrete has been poured, and the wet zone (where the water falls with little to no wind) is complete. On Monday, they will take out the forms and pour the four-foot walkway that will surround the wet zone. Looks like the kiddos will have a splashing time at Mill Pond Park next water season!

Men’s Breakfast in Richland Springs - Saturday, February 10th, at the Tabernacle if the weather is fine, or in the fellowship hall of the Baptist Church if it is not. Please come and invite your friends and their sons. Everyone is welcome, you need not attend the church. Breakfast starts at 7:00 am.
GALentines Celebration - First Methodist San Saba invites gals from ages 14-114 to a GALentines Celebration on Saturday, February 10th, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the church’s Fellowship Hall. The evening includes a meal, games, door prizes, and music. Reservations are encouraged but not mandatory. Call/text Joy Milliorn at 512-689-6434 by February 7th.
