Several times a year, a Baylor Scott & White team brings their BIG DONOR BUS to San Saba to hold a Blood Drive. This is sponsored by the San Saba County Emergency Management.

Donors were also given a chance to win a blanket (Silver package) and an insulated lunchbox (Blood Donor Fuel).
