Texas set to receive $198 million to remove lead pipes from water systems

Texas will receive $198.5 million from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to reinforce statewide drinking water infrastructure for Fiscal Year 2025. The Texas Water Development Board will distribute the funds to help replace lead pipes across the state.

Hay stocks for winter feeding of Texas’ cattle herd are much-improved compared to last year, but the early outlook for cool-season grazing has been dampened by drought, according to Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service experts.

GLO issues call for projects to reallocate disaster funds
