San Saba Tennis Association holds Junior Tournament

The San Saba Tennis Association Junior Tournament was held on July 30-31. We had 35 players playing in the tournament from the following towns: San Saba, Richland Springs, Mason, Brownwood, Brady, Fredericksburg, Rising Star and Sterling City. Players from San Saba and Richland Springs were: C.J.

Commissioners’ Court holds regular meeting July 27th

The San Saba Commissioners’ Court met for a regular meeting on Wednesday, July 27, in the Commissioners’ Courtroom. Judge Byron Theodosis called the meeting to order at 9:03 a.m. Commissioner Rickey Lusty gave the invocation and led everyone in the pledges to the American flag and the Texas flag.

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) recently selected Scott Sanderson as the McCulloch County Maintenance Section Supervisor. In May 2007, Sanderson began his career at TxDOT as a maintenance tech at the San Saba County Maintenance Section.
