Is there any hope?

Yes, it is a sad, sad time as we listen to the radio and hear about all the new virus cases and all the deaths. Every day the numbers are growing, and they are saying the worst isn’t even here yet. It has very much changed the way we live, where we go, and no telling what the economic fallout will bring. We miss going to church where we can hear and study the Word of God. We so much miss the fellowship of our friends there. What can we do? All I can say is turn to God, pray for His mercy and help, open our Bibles and start reading them, and also remembering what the future is for all Christians. It is the hope and glory of heaven and being in the very presence of God. The Bible says heaven will be a beautiful place with no problems or heartaches, (Revelation 21:1-4) (it is not here on earth). It was made by God, (Psalms 115:15) and He dwells there (Deuteronomy 26:15). The Bible also says that everyone who has accepted Christ as Lord will live or dwell there, (2 Corinthians 13:4-&5, Ephesians 2:4-8). That is the hope of every Christian. It is the day when (Lord-King) Jesus will be revealed in all his glory and majesty. Let us not lose sight of that hope, (1 Peter 1:13). See you in Church when the doors are open again.
