“During testimony before the Texas House State Affairs Committee, Texas Public Utility Commission Chair Arthur D’Andrea testified that repricing of the February winter event would bankrupt LCRA. At no time did LCRA ever make such a comment to Chairman D’Andrea. LCRA did inform the chairman that repricing of the entire market would actually benefit LCRA, but that repricing of ancillary services could substantially harm LCRA. Again, at no time have I or any member of my staff ever suggested to Chairman D’Andrea that repricing would bankrupt LCRA.”
