As we enter the fall season, San Saba’s National Honor Society will be hosting the first NHS Pumpkin Patch Contest. This event is a service project designed to encourage involvement between the students of the San Saba School district and the residents of San Saba. We will have both a school contest and a community contest.
The community contest will be judged at the Fall Festival on October 29th at Risien Park.
So create your own pumpkin and bring it to the Fall Festival for judging by 3:00 p.m. at the Face Painting Booth. The top three winners will be announced at 3:30 p.m. (you must be present to win). The winners will receive gift cards. The entry fee will be $5.00 per pumpkin. Pumpkins will not be provided. For any questions please contact the NHS sponsor at <swright@san-saba.net>.
