San Saba Masonic Lodge #612 Partners with Scouting America to Support Local Youth

San Saba Masonic Lodge #612 is proud to announce its sponsorship of Scouting America Troop 55, providing both financial support and a welcoming space for troop meetings. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to helping young people grow into leaders who make a lasting impact on the community. Both organizations share core values such as leadership, integrity, service, and respect for the law. By working together, we are building a future rooted in values that matter.

Daniel C. Carter (a Master Mason), often called the “Father of American Scouting,” helped embed Masonic principles—such as integrity and service—into the foundation of Scouting. Today, those principles continue to guide both organizations in their mission to develop character, leadership, and a spirit of service among youth. The San Saba Masonic Lodge looks forward to supporting Troop 55 as they develop skills and character that will benefit San Saba County for years to come.
