Now that all the two-a-days and scrimmages are over, its finally time to play some football! The Armadillos look to start the season off with a win against the Buffaloes of Florence this Friday night at Rogan Field. Florence is returning four offensive and eight defensive starters from a 4-6 2021 season, the Buffaloes come from district 13-3A. San Saba returns five offensive and five defensive starters from a 2-9 team and look to make another run into the playoffs for the 4th consecutive year. There are not many preseason numbers to compare, so here are some useless (but always good to know) facts about the two teams.
