The Yard of the Month for May 2023, is the home of Sara and Richard Huron at 204 W Pecan. The front porch has cushioned seating, and pots of begonia welcome visitors. They have tended their yard for more than 15 years. Their lush lawns are bordered by gladiolas, roses and many flowers that have bloomed including daffodils, petunias and salvia. The backyard is dotted with several patios set with tables and chairs for gatherings of friends and extended family. The highlight of the backyard is a fenced play area with climbing structure and playhouse for their great neices. A greenhouse supports their garden and border plantings of Texas laurel and cannas enclose the yard.
