San Saba Elementary first graders visit train museum in Brownwood

San Saba First Grade Students visited the Lehnis Railroad Museum in Brownwood, Texas, December 13th, on a field trip along with their teachers: Bari McGilvray, Cindy Parisher, Kambria Davis King, Melissa Vega, and Dana Wells.

The students were greeted by the staff and enjoyed the Polar Express read aloud where they were served a cookie and hot chocolate. Santa surprised the students after the story was over and took a picture with their class. Students enjoyed looking at the miniature trains and scenes, walking through the train cars, and riding the miniature train. First Grade wants to thank the staff at Lehnis Railroad Museum and Staff at Potters Pizza for making our Field Trip so great.
