The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Brownwood District is postponing a series of public meetings regarding the proposed 2021-2024 Rural Transportation Improvement Program (Rural TIP).
These meetings were originally scheduled as follows:
• March 25, 2020: Adams Street Community Center, 511 E. Adams St. in Brownwood
• March 31, 2020: East Room, Connellee Hotel, 209 W. Main Street in Eastland
• April 2, 2020: Lampasas ISD Old Middle School Cafeteria, 207 E. Ave. A, in Lampasas
Given the new recommendation from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to cancel gatherings of 50 or more people, TxDOT is immediately postponing or canceling its project public meetings and hearings.
