Phillip (Bubba) Cantu was selected as Employee of the Month for October at last week's City Council Meeting. Taking part in the presentation was Michael Whitley (left), Golf Course Supervisor, and Mayor Kenneth Jordan (right). Phillip is shown here holding a plaque with his name on it.
