In basketball news, the junior high girls lost to Brookesmith, but the boys pulled out a win. Our varsity boys team traveled to Brookesmith Tuesday night and won 63-24. They have two games left to play at the district level, but they have already clenched the district championship for the second year in a row! The varsity girls beat Brookesmith on Tuesday as well and then Lohn on Friday. They are finishing out district in 3rd place. They will play a bi-district game that is to be determined by the game between Gustine and Zephyr this week. We are excited to see what the playoffs will hold for our Indians!

Benchmarking for most students will occur over the next two weeks. These tests are very helpful in showing students’ strengths and weaknesses. We use the results to address educational needs. We hope that all students will be present and try their absolute best to ensure accurate data.
