Last week, our junior high boys basketball team played Richland Springs here at home and tied. They went into overtime and tied there too, ending the game that way. The varsity boys played Wall’s JV team in Lohn and won big with a score of 68-10. Later in the week, they played Rochelle and were victorious again with a score of 58-29. The junior high girls played Richland Springs and despite a hard fight with only five girls playing, they lost to the Lady Coyotes. The varsity girls won big against Lohn and then beat Rochelle Friday night. Currently, our varsity boys are undefeated at the district level, and the girls are 4-2.

Progress reports for the 4th six weeks went out this week. Please review with your student and open up the discussion with them on the areas they need to improve on as well as the subjects in which they are doing well. Remember also that you can sign up with Sherrie in the office for the Parent Portal where you can check your student’s grades at any time. You can set it up to alert you when your student gets low grades as well.

Have a great week!
