Les P. Hammett to be installed as new Worshipful Master of San Saba Lodge.
Goldthwaite Lodge No. 694 will be the location of the 20232024 Installation of Officers for the 70th Masonic District. The event will take place on Saturday, June 24th. Carlos Don Johnson, District Instructor from of District No. 70, will be the Installing Officer assisted by Installing Marshall J. C. Mason, both of Goldthwaite Lodge.
Ameal of pork steak with sides of beans, pickles, onions, bread will be served at 6:00 p.m. Guests are asked to bring any sides to compliment the main dish listed as well as salads or desserts. The Installation will begin at 6:45 p.m. The installation is open to the public and all family and friends are invited to attend.
A Lodge of Sorrow will convene at San Saba Lodge prior to installation. Officers should be in their stations and places at 4:30 p. m. The following passed away during the 2022 – 2023 Masonic Year; Gilbert Nelson Page, Roger Verette and Joe Roy Ragsdale.
