My name is Michael 'Mike' Poe, and I am running for Reelection for County Commissioner, Precinct 2.
I was born and raised in San Saba and graduated from San Saba High School in 1984. My parents were Raymond 'Corky' and Velma Poe. This April, my wife Tina and I will celebrate 40 years of marriage. We have two sons: John Michael Poe and his wife Christan, and Winston Poe and his wife Elizabeth. We are also the proud grandparents of five: Hayley, Luke, Zoe, Chloe, and Tate.
Outside of my professional life, I have a deep commitment to our community's safety. I have served with the Richland Springs Volunteer Fire Department since 1994, where I currently hold the positions of Treasurer and Captain. My primary goal in life is to spend as much time with my family.
