Receipts totaled 883 head with no sale at San Saba due to ice and wintery conditions. The market opened the week with a steady tone on all classes of calves and yearlings. Stocker steers and heifers both sold steady. Feeder steers and heifers also sold steady. Packer cows sold $2 to $3 higher with top cow at $84.00 weighing 1485 pounds ($1,247.40). Bulls sold steady. Pairs and bred cows remain steady from last week.
