Receipts totaled 7,431 head. The demand continued to be very good this week with a large offering of cattle on hand. The stocker steers sold steady except some of the real light weights were $8-$10 lower compared to last week’s big increases with 5 steers 516 lbs $335.00 ($1728.60). The stocker heifers were steady except for the real light weights were $5-$10 lower. The feeder steers were $10-$15 higher with 4 steers 650 lbs $274.00 ($1781.00) and 4 steers 788 lbs $251.00 ($1977.88). The feeder heifers were $6-$10 higher with 2 heifers 675 lbs $255.00 ($1721.25). The packer cows and bulls were steady. Pairs and bred cows were steady.
