Receipts totaled 4,014 head. The demand was very good this week with a lot of choice cattle going through the ring. The real light weight stocker steers were steady to $3 higher with 2 steers 280 lbs $420.00 ($1176.00). The heavier weight stocker steers were steady to $4-$6 lower with a set of 56 steers 529 lbs at $284.50 ($1505.00). The stocker heifers were $5-$7 lower except for the real light ones which were steady. The feeder steers were steady with 18 steers 772 lbs at $233.00 ($1798.76) and 14 steers 817 lbs at $229.00 ($1870.93). The feeder heifers were steady to $2-$4 lower. The packer cows and bulls were steady. The bred cows and pairs were steady on a limited test.
