Receipts totaled 1,446 head. Demand continued very strong this week. The stocker steers were $10 higher and in a few instances $20 higher with 2 steers 375 lbs at $375.00 ($1406.25) and 3 steers 422 lbs at $347.00 ($1464.34). Stocker heifers were $10 higher. Feeder steers were $3-$5 higher with 3 steers 673 lbs at $269.00 ($1810.37) and 2 steers 798 lbs at $247.00 ($1971.06). Packer cows were $6-$8 higher with the top cow at $172, and packer bulls were $5-$8 higher with the high bull at $182. Pairs and bred cows were steady on a limited test.
