Receipts totaled 3,448. A lot of good cattle were on hand this week with demand good on a very active market. The stocker steers sold $2-$4 higher with 10 steers 507 lbs at $159.00 ($806.13), and the stocker heifers were $2-$3 higher. Feeder steers were $2-$3 higher with 5 steers 713 lbs at $125.00 ($891.25) and 4 steers 766 lbs at $118.00 ($903.88). Feeder heifers were steady to $2 higher. Packer cows were $1 higher, and bulls were steady. Pairs and bred cows were steady. The Rafter V 9 Charolais bulls averaged $2,672.00 with the top bull at $3,100, and the 10 Pfluger Hereford bulls averaged $2,065 with the high bull at $2,425.
