Receipts totaled 2,915. The market was very active with extremely strong demand. The stocker steers were $20-$30 higher with 9 steers 536 lbs at $238.00 ($1275.68), and the stocker heifers sold $15-$20 higher with 3 heifers 533 lbs at $220.00 ($1172.60). The feeder steers were $15-$25 higher with 13 steers 659 lbs at $211.00 ($1390.49) along with 15 steers 729 lbs at $193.00 ($1406.97). The feeder heifers were $18-$30 higher. Packer cows were $6-$10 higher with the top cow at $104, and bulls were $5-$10 higher. Pairs and bed cows were steady on a limited test. The Martin Bruni 9 Brangus bulls avg $6111 and ranged from $3750 up to $7750. The Stuphin Cattle Co 24 Red Angus, Charolais, LimFlex, and SimAngus avg $4072 selling from $3700 up to $4800. The STS Ranger Angus 33 Angus bulls avg $3144 bringing from $2100 up to $7250. The Savage Ranch Angus bulls avg $3564 ranging from $2700 up to $4200, and the JB 5 Hereford bulls avg $3600.
