Receipts totaled 6,628 head. Demand continued to be strong this week. The stocker steers moved $8-$15 higher with 12 steers 570 lbs at $189.00 ($1077.30), and stocker heifers were $7-$14 higher with 9 heifers 434 lbs at $206.00 ($894.04). Feeder steers were $8-$12 higher with 8 steers 648 lbs at $180.00 ($1166.40) and feeder heifers were $3-$5 higher with 10 heifers 696 lbs at $148.00 ($1030.08). Packer cows and bulls were steady. Pairs and bred cows were steady. The 24 Hales Ranch Angus bulls ranged from $3250 up to $8400 averaging $4604. The 31 Cannon Ranch Charolais bulls sold from $2100 up to $4500 averaging $2811.
