It is time to Meet the Dillos!

It’s once again time for the San Saba All Sports Booster Club’s (SSASBC) annual Meet the Dillos to be held Friday, August 4th. This year’s meal will consist of a loaded baked potato, a dessert and sweet tea or water. Meals will be $10.00 a plate with all proceeds going back to the athletes of San Saba ISD. We will begin serving plates at 5:30 p.m. in the Civic Center. Although it is officially football season, SSASBC likes to reserve a day to introduce ALL the fall sports athletes and coaches to the community. The Golden Armadillo Band will be sounding off to “On San Saba,” and the cheerleaders and drill team will be showcasing their pom poms and high kicks. Athletic director Andreas Aguirre will lead the introduction of his coaching staff along with participants in cross country and football.

Do not forget about our school spirit sale! We will have several shirt designs on display for you to choose from this year, along with an assortment of Armadillo hats, visors, customized yard signs, car sunshades and much more! To add to the festivities, we will be auctioning off multiple Armadillo keepsakes from the 2022-2023 season. We are looking forward to another spectacular year in sports for all of our athletes and encourage everyone to stop by and Meet the Dillos!!
